1.Countries We Ship To

We currently offer global shipping to most regions. However, due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver to the following countries and regions:

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

  • Domestic Shipping (within Singapore): 5-10 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days
